Orlando Comedy Club (“we,” “us,” “our”) runs live stand-up comedy shows inside Calypso Bar & Grill at 6300 Parc Corniche Drive, Orlando, FL. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit comedycluborlando.com, buy tickets, order at your table, or sign up for our emails and text messages, and how we use and protect it.

Information we collect

Ticket purchases: your name, email address, phone number, billing details, the show and tickets you choose, and your order history. Card payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
QR code table orders: when you order food or drinks at your table by scanning our QR code, your order and payment are handled through Shift4. We may receive your name, email, phone number and order details from that system.
Email and SMS sign-ups: your email address and/or mobile phone number, and your consent to receive messages.
Contact and private event inquiries: the details you send us through our forms or by email.
Website usage: device, browser, pages visited and similar technical data collected through cookies and analytics tools (see below).

How we use your information

To process ticket and table orders, send confirmations, and manage seating and check-in.
To tell you about changes to a show you bought tickets for.
To send show announcements, offers and news by email or text, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To answer your questions and handle private event requests.
To understand how our website is used, improve it, and measure our advertising.
To prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the club, such as our website host, payment processors (Stripe, Shift4), our email and SMS platform (Mailchimp), our ticketing partner for partner-sold tickets, and analytics and advertising tools (Google and Meta). These providers may use your information only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and our guests.

SMS Terms

Program name: Orlando Comedy Club show alerts & offers.

When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Orlando Comedy Club about upcoming comedy shows, ticket offers, specials and club news at the mobile number you provided. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. We use your mobile number only to send these messages.

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or email info@comedycluborlando.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart and checkout working, remember your preferences, and measure site traffic and ad performance. We use Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some site features, such as checkout, may not work without them. Private event and booking inquiries

When you ask about a private event, group booking or performer booking, through our forms, by email or by phone, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company or group name, event date, guest count, budget, and any other details you choose to share. We use this information only to respond to you, prepare quotes, plan and run your event, and follow up about your booking. We do not use it for marketing unless you separately opt in.

Photo, video and audio recording

Our shows and the venue may be photographed, filmed or recorded. By attending, guests consent to appearing in that content, which may be used in our marketing, on our website and on social media. If you do not want to be featured, please email info@comedycluborlando.com and we will do our best to accommodate you, including removing content where possible.

Guests may not record performances (audio or video) without permission.

Security cameras

Security cameras (CCTV) may operate on the premises for the safety and security of our guests, staff and property.

Data security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your choices and data requests

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, and stop texts by replying STOP (see SMS Terms).

To request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of any use of your information, email info@comedycluborlando.com with your name and the email or phone number you used with us. We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond within a reasonable time. Some information, such as order and tax records, may need to be kept as required by law.

Children’s privacy

Our website and shows are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top.
